    Toward the Social Implementation of the Air Mobility Revolution In Osaka

    Since joining the Osaka Prefectural Government in 1990, Ms. Kazuko SADASUE engaged in several areas such as public administration reform, legal affairs, welfare, education, and so on.
    She was assigned to work as Associate Director of Industry Innovation Promotion Division last year, and has strived toward the social implementation of the advanced air mobility in Osaka.
    She is responsible for cooperation among the Japanese government, other local governments and Osaka Prefectural government, and supporting AAM related businesses.
    Also, she supervises public-private committee in the field of AAM, “Osaka Round Table”.
    During her visit to Korea, she hopes to broadly introduce the efforts in Osaka and deepen her knowledge of the latest trends around the world.

    25 years of experience in TOSHIBA Corporation. I was in charge of R&D of consumer electronics and robot system technologies.
    I was temporarily transferred to NEDO(New Energy and Industrial
    Technology Development Organization) in April 2022.
    Over 2 years of R&D project management experience in a Drone/AAM industrial sector in NEDO, which is a R&D funding and management agency under METI(Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry in Japan). A project manager on Realization of Advanced Air Mobility Project since
    2024.

    Yuichi Takayama brings over 18 years of aviation and aerospace experience to his client engagements serving aircraft & engine manufacturers, commercial airlines, airport operators, MRO service providers, lessors and aviation investors.
    Based in Tokyo, Mr. Takayama has successfully completed numerous projects across a broad spectrum of aviation ecosystem, including investment strategies for MRO, commercial aircraft / aeroengine programs, market entry strategies and feasibility studies for new development aero products.
    Prior to joining Alton, Mr. Takayama was a Manager with Deloitte Tohmatsu Consulting in their Aerospace & Defense practice. In addition, Yuichi successfully completed Airbus’ prestigious intern program working in their Transformation & Change and Customer Service division.
    Mr. Takayama holds an MBA in Aerospace from Toulouse Business School and a BBA from Yokohama National University.

    Keisuke has been working as Global Intelligence Officer for SkyDrive,the eVTOL OEM from Japan. He has been managing the global business development for the overseas market as well as intelligence gathering and research work for whole AAM industry. Previously working as a consultant specializing in innovation consulting and Advance Air Mobility industry and its ecosystem including eVTOL and drones.He has also been running and managing a number of projects from creating a strategy for AAM entry and implementing market strategyfor specific areas within AAM such as Unmanned Traffic Management, regulations and policy making, vertiport and its charging station.

    Manabu Iwamoto joined Development Bank of Japan in 2012 and began his career in the Global Aviation Team, where he specialized in aircraft financing for domestic and international airlines and leasing companies. After experiencing real estate financing for two years, he moved to the Aerospace Office at DBJ in 2019, assuming responsibility for managing relationships with various aircraft manufacturers and suppliers both in Japan and the world.
    Since 2020, He has started to be heavily involved in the Advanced Air Mobility (AAM) sector and currently holds a position in the Industrial Department, conducting research on AAM and actively promoting its social implementation in Japan.

    Changgyun has worked as a Technology Analyst at Starburst, a U.S.-based aerospace and defense-focused accelerator, venture capital, and consulting firm. Since joining Starburst, he has been actively involved in incubating startups and providing strategic consulting in the Urban Air Mobility (UAM) sector. Additionally, he has managed business development efforts to expand Starburst’s presence in Japan. As the session coordinator on ‘Japanese Activities in UAM Implementation,’ Changgyun organized this event and conducted a comparative study on UAM activities in Japan and Korea.

    Yuki, an Australian-born graduate of Keio University with a degree in law, began his career in the information and communications department of ITOCHU Corporation. He joined Terra Drone Corporation in 2017, where he led the development of data processing and analysis software. After managing operations in India and Europe, he became the Director and COO of Unifly in 2022, overseeing key areas like Project Management, Finance, Legal, and Account Management. Under his leadership, Unifly, a global leader in UTM for drones and AAM, experienced significant growth and improved profit margins. In 2024, following Terra Drone's strategic investment in Aloft Technologies, Yuki became a Board Member and now leads national and global UTM initiatives at Terra Drone.
