In her current role as deputy director of international development, Joyce is leading Groupe ADP's efforts in unlocking potential growth opportunities with a strong focus on innovation and sustainability, while ensuring the services portfolio growth and roll-out. Amongst other services, Joyce focuses on deploying the group's expertise in Advanced Air Mobility, leveraging her own expertise in the field. Joyce joined the Innovation Hub at Groupe ADP in 2019, to lead on the strategy and commercial development of the Advanced Air Mobility roadmap, through service commercialization and the animation of a public-private ecosystem of partners. Prior to joining Groupe ADP, Joyce has consolidated an extensive experience in consulting in the fields of strategic and urban development projects, economic regeneration programs, smart mobility and urban Innovation in Africa and the Middle-East. Joyce holds an executive Masters in Smart Cities Engineering and Management from Ecole des Ponts Paritech, Paris.

Oliver Reinhardt

Chief Risk & Certification Officer

Oliver Reinhardt combines aviation with automotive background to manage all Certification, Safety, and Compliance Management Aspects at Volocopter. In addition, he is coordinating the development of the Volocopter Air Operations Ecosystem together with Maintenance Organization, Crew Training and Airspace Intergration.

During his career, Oliver has played an instrumental role in more than 9 aircraft certification projects throughout the past 28 years, certifying and delivering aircraft to 42 countries world-wide. He has been member of the European Commissions 'Drone Leaders' Group drafting the Drone Strategy 2.0, as well as of various FAA and EASA Rulemaking groups dealing with CS-23, Part-21 and operations of UAS for UAM.
Oliver co-chairs the EUROCAE WG-112 on VTOL-Aircraft Aircarft, co-chairs the GAMA Elcetric Propulsion and Innovation Committee (EPIC), and is active in multiple industry Standard Committees of EUROCAE and ASTM.
